Frequently Asked Questions

Efficiency! Classes are 45m and trust us when we say you don’t need them to be longer than that.
Effective AF – We’ve been around the block when it comes to movement and different fitness regimes. And Lagree (taught well) is dare we say THE best core workout we’ve ever done.
Megaformers (meet your platform) – Think pilates reformer (if that means anything to you), on steroids. This piece of equipment is worth the hype as they allow for that accessible low impact workout that is still super intense no matter your fitness level.

Yes! This is a new method to the valley so we expect just about everyone to be joining as a beginner. Our starting schedule will keep this in mind and we will grow our student community from the ground up. That said if you want that extra beginner experience we will be offering beginner series and classes specific for beginners.

You don’t need to be ‘super fit’ to start, because the beauty of Lagree is that it’s fully modifiable. The instructor will guide you through each movement, and you can always adjust the intensity or range of motion to suit your current fitness level. You can start with simpler variations and gradually progress as you build strength and stamina. That said. If you commit to this practice, you WILL get super fit (and fast).

Lagree is effective for building strength, toning muscles, improving flexibility, and increasing endurance. Many people see results in as little as 4-6 weeks, but it depends on your consistency and effort in each class.
