Gold Series - Lagree for 60+

Our Gold Series is a 6-week program designed specifically for those 60+ (yes lagree is for YOU too) who want all the benefits of Lagree -strength, balance, muscular endurance, and mobility - in a way that honors and supports the needs of more mature bodies.

Unlike our regular group classes, this series moves at a slower pace with smoother transitions, added modifications, and extra support, so you can feel confident and in control every step of the way. Expect low-impact, joint-friendly movements that build strength without strain, helping to improve posture, core stability, and mobility.

Join us for six weeks of movement, challenge, and fun - at your pace.

Postnatal Series

A series for baby and mama. Bring your new babe along to rebuild strength and confidence in your post baby body. We will focus on exercises designed to help rebuild core strength and connection, but gentle enough for this special (perhaps sleepless) chapter.

Babies can be in carriers, bound to your body, or held on the platform. That said, this is a workout for you, and not "mom and baby", so designed for babies who are not yet on the move, or who are reliable stroller sleepers!

*Mamas must be cleared by your doctor for movement.
