A series for baby and mama. Bring your new babe along to rebuild strength and confidence in your post baby body. We will focus on exercises designed to help rebuild core strength and connection, but gentle enough for this special (perhaps sleepless) chapter.
Babies can be in carriers, bound to your body, or held on the platform. That said, this is a workout for you, and not "mom and baby", so designed for babies who are not yet on the move, or who are reliable stroller sleepers!
*Mamas must be cleared by your doctor for movement.
